Sewport Our Troops is a proud associate and friend of Soldiers' Angels

Soldiers' Angels is a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing aid and comfort to the men and women of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and their families. Founded by the mother of two American soldiers, its hundreds of thousands of Angel volunteers assist veterans, wounded and deployed personnel and their families in a variety of unique and effective ways.

To date, our volunteers have sent hundreds of thousands of care packages and letters to deployed service members; we have supplied the wounded with our First Response Packs directly at the Combat Support Hospitals in Iraq and Afghanistan and the major military hospital in Germany, as well as provided care and comfort to those in stateside military and VA facilities; we have provided emergency aid to military families in need; we have partnered with the Department of Defense to provide voice-controlled/adaptive laptops to nearly 3,000 severely-wounded service members, as well as other technology that supports rehabilitation; we have provided flights to soldiers on leave or in emergency situations, and to their families wanting to be with them upon return from overseas; we have provided Level III KEVLAR armored blankets to give personnel extra protection in their vehicles when it was needed; we help to honor and uphold the families whose loved ones have paid the ultimate price for our freedom and safety. With the assistance of our generous supporters, the many volunteers of Soldiers' Angels have accomplished this and much, much more on behalf of the grateful citizens of the United States of America.

I would like to take a minute or two to thank your organization...for adopting me.  The care packages are awesome, and really do a lot for morale.  Afghanistan is a depressing place where I often wonder if we're making any kind of difference.  At least I know people back home appreciate what we're doing.  So thanks again. - Stephen, March 2010

Thank you so much for all that you do for us. Just to let you know that every letter and boxes counts enormously...there is nothing like receiving a box or a letter from someone unknown to us and understand that we are not alone in this war.  - MAJ P in Afghanistan, February 2010

I would like to thank all of you for everything you sent me and my buddies. Everything was highly appreciated and was often used! So thank you very much!! - LCpl C.B., April 2010

I just want to thank everyone for their support. It really helps out a lot. Thanks again from the HHC 173D STB, Military Poilce Platoon - Kendra, April 2010

In response, Green Beans Coffee has launched Cup of Joe For A Joe to let anyone, anywhere in the world, say thanks to our troops through the simple act of buying a cup of coffee and having it delivered along with their own personal note of encouragement into the hands of a deployed Soldier. Buy a Cup of Joe for a Soldier Serving Far From Home And Have It Delivered With Your Own Personal Note of Encouragement...

At Operation Payback it is our Mission to use all resources at our disposal to enhance and improve the lives of the brave men and women who were willing to give everything for us. It is our mission to PAY THEM BACK. We believe that: ‘A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life wrote a blank check Made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'

Marine SSgt. Daniel Gilyeat lost his leg in Iraq on July 3, 2005 and was walking on his prosthetic leg 26 days later. Dan was blessed to have a new home built for his family by Extreme Makeover-Home Edition in 2007. Because of that blessing and his desire to show his gratitude for his second chance at life, Dan works diligently to raise awareness for Veteran issues and has assisted in the raising of thousands of dollars for organizations such as Homes For Heroes, Wounded Warriors, and Semper Fi Fund to name a few. In 2010 he founded Operation Payback to compliment these original endeavors and have more control in the direction of funds. Millions of Veterans have served this country and many have made the ultimate sacrifice.

Sewport Our Troops is a proud associate and friend of HeroBox

HeroBox is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports deployed American service members by providing the physical items and moral support our heroes need while they are away from home. We are able to achieve this mission through programs and initiatives that are designed to engage America 's greatest resource, the people.

HeroBox started as a family's simple effort of supporting their Hero, Specialist Evan Housley; a son, brother and husband deployed to Iraq in late 2007. Early in his deployment, Evan noticed that a lot of service members were not receiving any support from home. He also realized that deployed service members have specific needs depending on their gender, location and a variety of other factors. The typical care packages are generic and don't always provide the items our heroes need.
So Evan and his brother Ryan developed a simple idea to connect the American people with their heroes through an online platform. Thus giving service members the ability to request specific items and providing Americans with a way to directly support the troops. HeroBox.org was launched in May 2008 to support this vision.
